Psychotherapy Package Terms & Conditions
Refunds and Transfers
Psychotherapy packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to other clients.
Individual and Couple Therapy
Individual and couple therapy packages are separate.
The hours in a psychotherapy package cannot be used interchangeably between individual and couple therapy.
Validity Period
The psychotherapy package is only applicable for psychotherapy sessions (not inclusive of the first psychological consultation).
The validity period of the psychotherapy package is one year (starting from the purchase date).
After one year, any remaining hours in the package will expire and can no longer be used.
Psychotherapy Session Terms & Conditions
Session Rescheduling and Cancellations
Any rescheduling, cancellation, or changes to psychotherapy appointments must be made at least one day in advance.
Changing Therapy Type
If a client wishes to switch therapy types (e.g. from individual to couple therapy, or vice versa), the center will arrange a different psychologist to provide the new therapy type.
Example: The client’s individual therapy is with Psychologist A, and couple therapy is with Psychologist B.
