Terms & Conditions for Bundle Packages

Refunds and Transfers:

• All bundle package purchases are non-refundable.
• Bundle credits cannot be transferred to other individuals.

Individual and Couple Sessions:

• Each session type (individual or couple) has its respective bundle credits.
• Bundle credits cannot be shared between individual sessions and couple sessions.

Validity:

• Bundle packages are limited to subsequent sessions (First intake session is excluded).
• Bundle credits will be valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• After one year, any unused bundle credits will expire and become void.

Terms & Conditions for Psychotherapy Sessions

Rescheduling and Cancellations:

• Any rescheduling, cancellation, or changes to the appointment require at least 1 day’s notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

Changing Therapy Type:

• In the case of a change from individual therapy to couple therapy, or vice versa, another clinical psychologist from the center will be assigned.
