Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products
Any digital product (such as tickets, educational materials, podcasts, e-books, and software downloads) are not returnable or refundable after purchase.

Physical Products
Any physical product (such as t-shirt, therapy materials) is not eligible for return / refund policy, except for if flaws in workmanship, defect or physical damage is found. You return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Return Shipping
To return your physical product for refund, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is encouraged to consider using traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurances. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return items.

Refund Process
Any returned digital item must be in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days to process the refund.
